Quick Intro: 

Hey, just a quick update here. Right now, we are talking more about our portfolio as we come closer to the end of the semester. We are now focusing on our editing software that we are considering using. It may seem simple but there are also a few requirements that the software must meet, and I will get more into that now. 

 

Assignment: 


Today’s assignment is to find editing software’s to consider using for your portfolio project. This software must meet all the requirements (listed below) and then you will pick the top 3 that you are considering using and compare them to each other. Now I will get into talking about my top 3, please keep in mind that I chose these for me because I was comfortable with them, but they might not work for you 

 

Requirements: 


  • Web-based 
  • Able to lay multiple tracks 
  • Pull audio off video clips/add audio to video clips. 
  • Must be collaborative (More than 1 person can work/have access to it.

Quick Summary: 


My top choice for software is defiantly Kapwing. I think it will work best for me and I am excited to get started.
