Actors for my movie

 Hi guys, today I will be talking about the actors in my film and how they affected the schedule of my group's film. So today's blog will be pretty short again, but let's jump right in.

Main Actor:

Sarah Alexander was the main actor in our group's film. (Btw that's ME) I was the main actor so I played the dead body and the girl in the flashback. In our film opening, you going to see my face all the time. The actor affected shooting schedules because without an actor in our film, my group could not film. If I was not there or I could not film that day then I could not film that day. For example, there was 1 day when I did not know we were set to film so I did not bring my costume, obviously, without my outfit, I could not act that day so we had to film the next day instead. Basically what I am saying is that you're going by the actor's schedule, and you have to make your own around that. 

Sub-Actor:

Jennifer Blandon was the sub- actor in our film. (A.K.A the actor that showed up in maybe 2 shots who is not as noticeable as the others) She played the stalker who is another main actor but int eh opening scene she was more like a sub actor. She did not show her face and most shots we POV shots. I believe that if she was not there on a shooting day we could easily continue filming or film a different shot without her, which is a majority of the shots.

 Hi guys. today's post will be short as it will be talking about the sound in our film. I'm sorry but today's intro is a little shorter than usual because I want to get straight into it.  To keep it short our opening scene only has 3 sounds. 2 audios that will set the tone and the other being a camera taking a picture sound to make sure the viewers understand that a picture is being taken. Other than that, there is not really any sound. We did not film any of the sounds that are in our film. Genre Research   What is genre?   A basic definition of genre is how movies, music, and literature are categorized and organized.     For example, some genres of films include drama, action, and thriller and there are many more.    In most genres there is a few sub-genres in it.   For readers, genres help organize information so that they can more easily make sense of what they are about to read.    Now we are going to dive deeper into some  different types  of genres.       Drama:   Drama is a genre that  contains  stories with high stakes and usually a lot of conflicts.    They are plot-driven: dramas have a clear plot structure and usually portray real life scenarios or extreme situations that have emotionally driven characters.     Dramatic themes play a big part in dramas.    C onflict is  a very  important  part of drama as  it  considered the heart of drama.     Drama is created and shaped by the elements of drama which, for the Drama ATAR course, are listed as: role, character

Look, Feel, Sound

  Hi guys, today's post will talk about how we want our film to come off as. How it will feel, sound, look, etc. I will also talk about how we will achieve this. There is a lot to be talked about so let's jump right into it.     Looks:   Our goal is to make our film look suspenseful, exciting, and mysterious. Our genre is mystery/thriller, so this was a bit obvious. We plan to achieve this we filmed. What I mean by this is that one of the first scenes shows a dead body. We want the viewers to think about how that person does and to get interested in knowing more about what happened. Then we show a flashback to explain what has happened. With the I see your text at the end we hope the viewers will become even more excited knowing the true story behind everything. Mise- en -scene helps with this because of the outfit she is wearing. The viewers might wonder what she did to die like that.     Feel:   We want the viewers to feel excited and get on the edge of their seats wonder
