Hi everyone, welcome back to my blog. In this blog, we will be talking about the importance of scripting, examples of what scripts look like from my genre, and how my script looks.

Importance:

Scripting is very important in this process because that is when you think of all your shots and describe the little details within them. This is when you can really start visualizing everything that will be happening in your opening scene such as the transitions, dialogue, etc. Since scripting is so detailed it allows filmmakers to film quickly because everything they want is right there.

My Script (Created by me and my group):


My and my group now had to work on our own script for our opening scene. Our genre is a mystery and our opening has Zero dialogue but has sound effects and different camera angles to give off different meanings. Since there is no dialogue this was an easy assignment to complete.
